Are all books signed?
Yes! All books in the shop are hand-signed by me. You can request a personalized message too—just include the name and/or note in the Order Special Instructions box at checkout. If no personalization is added at checkout, your book will be signed only with a small quote chosen by me.

When will my preorder ship?
Preorder shipping timeline is always listed on the product page or banner on the home page.

What happens if I order a preorder item with other items?
Orders that include a preorder item will be shipped together once all items are available.
If you'd like in-stock items shipped right away, please place a separate order.

Where do you ship?
I currently ship within Canada, the US, and select international options.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. 

When will my order ship?
Orders (not including preorders) usually ship within 3 business days. You'll get a tracking number once it ships if tracked shipping is selected at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This depends on the shipping option selected at checkout. It is strongly recommended to select tracked shipping! If untracked shipping is selected, I am unable to access tracking information or verify package location once shipped. 

Please note the estimated shipping times in checkout! Some international options are quoted to take 20-60 business days, and often have delays.

Replacements for potentially lost untracked packages will not be considered until 70 business days have passed from the ship date, to account for typical delays.

Will I have to pay customs or VAT?
Possibly. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or VAT upon delivery.

Can I return my order?
Because each book is signed and often personalized, I can’t accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days at eveholmesauthor@gmail.com
